IGG Beti Kamya Turwomwe, closed a training exercise of the Inspectorate of Government Contact Centre Officers. She urged them to always serve with excellence and treat clients with respect. When officially opened, the Contact Centre will receive complaints and queries on toll-free numbers and provide the necessary feedback.
