Operating under the theme \u201cPearl of Africa,<\/em>\u201d<\/em> the showcase, organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Uganda in Beijing, is running from 29 to 31 March. It offers visitors an immersive experience of Uganda\u2019s rich cultural diversity, natural attractions, and growing tourism sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Ugandan pavilion has drawn significant attention from international attendees, featuring a curated display of authentic products, handmade crafts, and culturally significant artefacts. These exhibits provide a glimpse into the country\u2019s traditions while highlighting the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of local artisans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Visitors have also been treated to lively performances by Ugandan cultural dancers, whose energetic displays celebrate the country\u2019s diverse ethnic heritage. By participating in international exhibitions such as the Tourism Plus Expo, the country aims to further raise its global profile and tap into new tourism markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Officials added that the exhibition also serves as a platform to engage with global tourism stakeholders, including tour operators, investors, and industry experts.
