The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) has celebrated its women staff in the spirit of Women\u2019s Month under the theme \u201cEmpowered Women. Stronger Institutions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The celebration underscored the role of women in strengthening families, institutions, and the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhen women rise, institutions grow stronger, more resilient, and more impactful,<\/em>\u201d the Bureau noted in its message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Guest speaker Hajjat Sharifah Buzeki, Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), delivered an inspiring call to action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe world is not always kind to women, so we go the extra mile. We must uplift, unite, and lead with purpose<\/em>,\u201d she said, urging women to believe in themselves and support one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Registrar General, Mercy K. Kainobwisho, praised the resilience and brilliance of women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWomen are gifted, steadfast, and central to shaping our nation.
