This includes enhancing Maritime Communication, Navigation Safety Aids &amp; emergency Search &amp; Rescue services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Project overseeing the development of the Lake Victoria Basin is building a Maritime Rescue Coordination Center in Mwanza.
