Its mandated to enhance the capabilities of public service institutions and personnel, ensuring improved performance in service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategic Direction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mandatory Training Programs: Implementing a requirement for all public officers to complete CSCU training as a prerequisite for career progression.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing Visibility and Resource Leverage:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Executing a robust Communication and Marketing Strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fostering collaborations and partnerships to maximize resources and adopt best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologically Enabled Learning: Creating an advanced learning environment that utilizes modern technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public Policy Research and Innovation: Operationalizing an institutional framework to enhance civil service performance through research and innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expansion Projects: Constructing Phase II of the College, featuring:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300-bed accommodation facility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500-seat auditorium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cafeteria and additional training rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recreation facilities and a resource center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a> Through these strategic initiatives, Jinja Civil Service College aims to transform Uganda\u2019s public service landscape, equipping personnel with the skills and resources necessary for effective governance and community service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Established in 2010, Jinja Civil Service College is dedicated to building the capacities of public service institutions and human resources to improve performance and service delivery to citizens.
